Q:How much does it cost to sign up? Are there any upfront costs?: A:DOCLIX does not charge setup or other fees. You pay only when a user clicks on your ad. There are also no minimum spending requirements. You will be billed only after you have received traffic.
Q:How long does it take to create a campaign?: A:Creating your first campaign typically takes about 10 minutes. Once you familiarize yourself with our interface, creating additional ads, optimizing campaigns and setting up new ones could become an even shorter process.
Q:Will I need to provide my credit card and billing information?: A:To create an account or a campaign, there is no need to provide a method of payment. To have your campaigns go live, we do require a credit card for our records. You will not be billed until after you have received traffic.
Q:When will I be billed?: A:You will be billed only after you have received traffic and once your account balance exceeds your credit threshold. Your initial charge will occur once your account balance exceeds a credit threshold of $10. Your credit threshold may increase over time based on your payment history.
Q:Is there a required minimum spend?: A:No, there is no minimum spend. You will only pay for clicks received, and never more than your daily budget cap.
Q:What counts as a click?: A:Our Two-Step Click model requires that users activate the initial ad message and view the expanded ad copy, before they can click on your ad. You only pay when a user clicks on your ad.
Q:How much will I pay for a click?: A:Our advertisers set their own cost-per-click rates for each category and each campaign. The minimum bid varies by content category.

Q:When will my campaign go live?: A:Setting up a campaign should take 5-10 minutes. New ads and campaigns go through an editorial review process. Ads are reviewed to ensure they meet our editorial guidelines. This process typically takes up to 1-2 business days.
